Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Condo Super application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including company owners, administrators, managers, and employees.

2. Description of Service

Condo Super is an employee management platform for property managers that provides:

• GPS-based time tracking and shift management
• Photo and video documentation tools
• Team messaging and communication
• Task management and assignment
• Safety incident reporting
• Reports and analytics
• Voice-powered activity logging

The Service is available on iOS, Android, and via the web dashboard at condosuper.app.

3. Accounts & Registration

To use Condo Super, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

Company Owners are responsible for all users they add to their organization. You must ensure that all employees added to your account have consented to the data collection described in our Privacy Policy, including GPS location tracking.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Plans

Condo Super offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Condo Super to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to spy on or track individuals without their consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate business workforce management

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Condo Super, including photos, videos, and written content ("Your Content").

By uploading content, you grant Condo Super a limited license to store, display, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any laws or the rights of any third party.

7. Privacy

Your use of Condo Super is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by visiting condosuper.app/delete-account.html or using the in-app account deletion feature.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, without notice or liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from technical failures.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Condo Super shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
