Request permanent deletion of your Condo Super account and all associated data.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Please read the information below carefully before proceeding.

Delete from the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Condo Super app:

  1. Open the Condo Super app on your iOS or Android device
  2. Tap More in the bottom navigation bar
  3. Tap your Profile at the top of the screen
  4. Scroll down and tap Account & Security
  5. Tap Delete Account
  6. Confirm the deletion by following the on-screen prompts

Request Account Deletion

Fill out this form and our team will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

What will be permanently deleted:

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • All photos and videos you have uploaded
  • Your time entries, clock-in/out records and GPS data
  • All messages and conversations
  • Tasks, incidents and daily logs
  • Activity reports and documents
  • All other personal data associated with your account
⚠️ If you are the Owner of a company account, deleting your account will also delete your entire company, all employees, and all company data. Make sure to inform your team before proceeding.

Data Retention Policy

After submitting your deletion request:

  1. Your account will be deactivated immediately — you will no longer be able to sign in
  2. All personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
  3. Backups containing your data will be purged within 90 days
  4. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete
