This Privacy Policy applies to the Condo Super mobile application (iOS and Android) and the web dashboard at condosuper.app.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

• Full name and email address
• Password (stored encrypted, never in plain text)
• Profile photo (optional)
• Role within your organization (Owner, Admin, Manager, Employee)

Location Data

• GPS coordinates when you clock in and clock out
• Location tracking points during active shifts (with your permission)
• Geofencing data to verify you are at the correct job site

Work Data

• Time entries — clock-in/out times, break durations, shift totals
• Photos and videos you upload for job documentation
• Activity logs, voice-recorded activity descriptions
• Task assignments, status updates, and comments
• Incident reports including type, description, and any attached media
• Messages sent via the in-app messaging system

Device & Technical Data

• Device type, operating system version
• App version and crash reports
• Firebase Analytics data (anonymized usage statistics)

Payment Information

• Subscription plan and billing status
• Payment is processed by Stripe — we never store your credit card details

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the Condo Super app and services
• Enable time tracking, GPS verification, and shift management
• Allow administrators to monitor team activity and generate reports
• Send notifications about shifts, tasks, and messages
• Process subscription payments
• Improve app performance and fix bugs

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. How We Share Your Information

Within Your Organization

Admins and Managers in your company can view employee time entries, location data, photos, tasks, and activity logs as part of the normal operation of the app.

Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party providers who help us operate the service:

• Google Firebase — cloud infrastructure, database, storage, and analytics
• Stripe — payment processing (they never share your card details with us)
• Anthropic — AI-powered voice activity parsing (text only, no personal identifiers)

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties beyond those listed above.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:

• Your account is deactivated immediately
• All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days
• Backups containing your data are purged within 90 days

Some financial records may be retained longer if required by Canadian tax law. Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.

6. Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement the following measures:

• All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
• Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing
• Biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) is supported
• Credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain
• Role-based access controls limit what each user can see
• Data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure in the United States

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Deletion — request permanent deletion of your account and data

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your Condo Super account at any time using one of these methods:

From the App

Go to More → Profile → Account & Security → Delete Account

From the Web

Visit condosuper.app/delete-account.html and submit a deletion request. We will process it within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.

Upon deletion, all your personal data including profile, time entries, photos, videos, messages, tasks, and incident reports will be permanently removed.

9. Children's Privacy

Condo Super is intended for use by adults in a professional workplace setting. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@condosuper.app and we will promptly delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notification through the app.

Your continued use of Condo Super after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
